Pet Policies

Sunset Ridge welcomes your pets! We are excited to announce our no breed restriction policy for dogs. We love your furry friends as much as you do, and we acknowledge the importance of having them live with you.

For All Pets
There is a two pet maximum per apartment. We require all pets to have a "pet interview" with our staff prior to move-in. In addition, we require that all pets have updated vet records and a pet addendum must be executed for each pet.

For Cats
There is a non-refundable pet fee of $200 for the first cat, and a non-refundable pet fee of $100 for the second cat. The monthly fee is $20 per cat.

For Dogs
Sunset Ridge welcomes all dog breeds. However, we do have a strict weight limit policy in all apartments. No dogs over 45 lbs. will be allowed on the property. There is a non refundable pet fee of $250 for the first pet and $100 non refundable pet fee for the second pet. Monthly fees are $20 per pet.
